Withdrawal of real money funds from a phww.com account is subject to the following conditions:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during account verification.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or notification of player exclusion from PAGCOR.

phww.com may share Player information with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, including for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, responsible gaming self-exclusion registry checks, and law enforcement requests backed by valid legal process.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
